Eileen started with a borrowed stove, a handwritten recipe book, and a belief that dinner should bring people together.
Decades later, the recipes are still hers: patient greens, crisp chicken, and mac and cheese with a properly golden top.
What began as a few tables has grown into a neighborhood dining room, but the welcome is still warm and every guest is family.
